HIRING – SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

💼 Job Summary

We are looking for a self-motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing professional to generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert prospects into customers.

The selected candidate will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers through calls and emails and serving as the first point of contact for the company.

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and send outreach emails to prospective customers
• Identify and qualify potential leads
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain and update prospect/customer databases
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

🎯 Eligibility & Skills

✔ Minimum 1+ year of Sales & Marketing experience
✔ Graduation is mandatory
✔ All semester marksheets required
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔ Good organizational and time-management skills
✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented
✔ Local candidates are preferred
