Job Summary
Techsmew Innovations Pvt Ltd is seeking an IT Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent end-user support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, remote access, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Support Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.
Create and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory.
Log, track, and update incidents using the IT ticketing system.
Assist with software deployment, operating system patches, and system updates.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT support teams.
Follow IT security policies and cybersecurity best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk.
Good knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Basic networking knowledge (IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP).
Experience using remote support tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
