Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to manage leads, coordinate with the sales team, maintain client relationships, and support business development activities. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil and possess strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Contact prospective and existing customers through telephone calls.
Maintain and update the lead database.
Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
Arrange meetings for the sales team and coordinate follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Provide prompt support through calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Documentation & Reporting
Record sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic activity reports.
Maintain follow-up reports and sales status updates.
Record customer feedback and market information.
Administrative Support
Send and receive business-related information and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales operations.
