Job Summary

CAG Pride Hotel is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, guest check-ins/check-outs, room bookings, and customer service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
Welcome guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Build and maintain positive guest relationships throughout their stay.
Provide pre-arrival assistance and support for guests.
Reservations & Front Office Operations
Manage room bookings using hotel software such as Cheers or Petpooja.
Maintain the room allocation chart and reservation records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room availability.
Act as the communication link between guests and hotel departments.
Billing & Cash Handling
Process payments through cash, cards, and other payment methods.
Verify credit card transactions and customer identification when required.
Generate invoices and issue receipts.
Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain guest records and documentation accurately.
Monitor lobby activities and ensure smooth guest flow.
Coordinate with the sales and reservations team.
Facilitate guest correspondence through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or above.
1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, or Hotel Operations.
Required Skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge and hotel management software experience (Cheers/Petpooja preferred).
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 working days per week
