The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining experiences by serving food and beverages, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Handle special requests and dietary requirements whenever possible.
Address customer concerns or complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Food & Beverage Service
Ensure orders are served accurately and on time.
Monitor guest tables and provide timely assistance throughout the dining experience.
Clear tables and reset them for new guests.
Assist in maintaining high standards of food presentation and service.
Restaurant Operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Assist in event preparations, including arranging tables and other restaurant setups.
Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing vegetables and assembling simple food items when required.
Cash Handling
Process customer payments through cash or other accepted payment methods.
Handle cash drawer, float, and billing procedures accurately.
Follow company procedures for financial transactions.
Health & Safety
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
