🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
Install:
Fiber broadband connections
Routers
ONU/ONT devices at customer locations
Configure WiFi routers and ensure proper signal strength
Handle customer complaints related to:
Low internet speed
No connectivity
Device/network issues
Perform:
Fiber splicing
Fiber jointing
Last-mile rectification
Coordinate with NOC teams for backend issues and outages
Provide professional customer support and communication
Follow installation quality and safety standards
✅ Skills Required
🌐 Networking Skills
Basic LAN/WAN/WiFi knowledge
Router configuration and troubleshooting
🔧 Technical Skills
Fiber optics knowledge (preferred)
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
🤝 Soft Skills
Customer handling skills
Ability to work independently in the field
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification

Candidates with any of the following can apply:

ITI
Diploma
Any Degree
Experience
Freshers and experienced candidates eligible
Mandatory Requirement
Two-wheeler
Valid driving license
Willingness to travel for field visits

₹10,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (as mentioned in the job post)
