Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Female Telecallers to join a leading Real Estate company in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain real estate projects and services to customers.
Lead Generation
Generate and qualify customer leads.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Customer Relationship
Maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Documentation
Maintain customer records and call logs.
Update lead status in the system.
Prepare daily call reports.
