Job Summary

We are seeking a Drone Systems Engineer to design, develop, assemble, integrate, and test multirotor UAV systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in UAV design, flight testing, autopilot configuration, and payload integration while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop multirotor UAVs using CAD and drone design software.
Assemble, configure, and integrate UAV hardware and electronic components.
Conduct flight testing and validation of multirotor drone platforms.
Configure and operate Ground Control Software (GCS) for mission planning and monitoring.
Perform PID tuning and optimize advanced flight controller parameters.
Integrate subsystems, sensors, communication modules, and customer-specific payloads.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and flight-related issues.
Ensure system performance, stability, and safety during testing and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve UAV performance and reliability.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding project requirements and delivering quality solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, test reports, and design records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
Aerospace Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Mechatronics
Robotics
Or a related engineering discipline
Required Skills
Knowledge of multirotor UAV design and development.
Experience with UAV assembly and flight testing.
Strong understanding of Ground Control Software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl, etc.).
Expertise in PID tuning and flight controller parameter optimization.
Experience in subsystem and payload integration.
Familiarity with drone communication systems, sensors, GPS, telemetry, and autopilot systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer interaction skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with drone simulation tools.
Knowledge of embedded systems and UAV electronics.
Familiarity with CAD software for UAV design.
Understanding of aviation safety standards and UAV regulations.
