Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, generate qualified leads, maintain accurate customer records, and support the sales team in converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to project inquiries.
Follow up on leads received through advertisements, websites, walk-ins, referrals, and social media channels.
Enter and maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems (Sell.do or equivalent).
Update lead status regularly (Fresh, Interested, Follow-up, Site Visit, Booking, etc.).
Ensure all customer interactions are documented properly.
2. Client Profiling
Collect and maintain complete customer information, including:
Name and contact details
Location and company information
Purpose of purchase (Self-use or Investment)
Budget range and purchase timeline
Funding source (Self-funded or Bank Loan)
Identify key decision-makers and assess the seriousness of prospects.
3. Follow-Up & Coordination
Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective customers.
Coordinate appointments and customer handovers with the Sales Head.
Share project brochures, presentations, and details via WhatsApp and email.
Execute structured follow-up cycles (D1, D3, D7, D15) to maximize conversion opportunities.
4. Communication & Conversion
Present project features and benefits confidently to potential customers.
Highlight key project advantages such as:
Prime Location
Investment Potential (ROI)
Quality Construction
Exclusive Offerings
Landmark Developments
Handle initial customer objections professionally.
Qualify leads and transfer sales-ready prospects to the Sales Team.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily reports including:
Total calls made
Follow-ups completed
Site visits scheduled
Lead conversion status
Submit daily status updates to the Sales Head.
Maintain accurate customer databases and communication records.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
Ensure a professional, persuasive, and customer-centric communication approach.
Foster long-term engagement and trust with clients.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
Experience in Real Estate, Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
