Job Summary
AppsComp is looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills to join its night shift customer support team. This is an on-site role for immediate joiners who are comfortable working fixed night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally through the assigned communication channels.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Follow company processes and quality guidelines.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Must be willing to work fixed night shifts (no shift flexibility).
Immediate joiners preferred (able to join within 2 days).
Work Conditions
Fixed night shift only.
Work From Office.
No transportation (cab) facility.
No Work From Home option.
