Job Description

Control Engineer – SCADA Programming | Craftsman Automation

Experience: 1–4 years
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field
Industry: Industrial / Warehouse & Storage Automation

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SCADA systems for industrial automation.
Configure HMI/SCADA and industrial communication networks.
Work on installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites.
Integrate SCADA applications with databases and automation equipment.
Required Technical Skills
SCADA development and implementation
MS SQL, OLEDB, ODBC
Industrial automation experience
HMI/SCADA systems
Communication protocols:
Ethernet/IP
Profinet
Modbus
OPC UA
S7 Communication
EtherCAT
CAN / S-Bus
Basic C# and JavaScript
Database fundamentals
Willingness to travel to customer locations
Candidate Profile

Best suited for an automation engineer with 1–4 years of hands-on SCADA experience, particularly someone comfortable with industrial protocols + SQL/database integration + HMI/SCADA commissioning.
