Job Description: US Medical Form Filling Process (Offline Data Entry)

Job Title: US Medical Form Filling Operator

Work Mode: Offline (Windows-based system required)

Project Type: Medical Data Entry / Form Filling

Contract Duration: 11 Months (Extendable up to 18 Months based on performance)

Job Summary

This project involves completing US Medical Form Filling work using software provided by the company. The work is performed offline after the software installation, with internet required only during installation.

The opportunity is available for both individual operators and bulk systems/centers.

Key Responsibilities
Complete US medical form filling tasks accurately.
Process approximately 3,000 US hospital records during each 15-day work cycle (including Sundays).
Follow company guidelines and quality standards while entering data.
Submit completed work within the assigned timeline.
Minimize errors to achieve acceptable quality standards.
Training
3 days of training will be provided before starting the live project.
Training includes:
Software usage.
Demo project.
Sample Quality Check (QC) reports.
Error identification and correction guidance.
Quality Check & Payment
Quality Check (QC) report is provided after 3 days of submission.
Payment is processed on the next day after the QC report, according to the information provided.
System Requirements
Laptop or Desktop Computer.
Windows Operating System (mandatory).
Internet connection required only during software installation.
Contract Details
Initial agreement period: 11 months.
Stamp paper agreement provided (as stated by the company) for payment-related documentation.
High-performing operators may receive an extension up to 18 months.
