Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (MEP & Civil) with strong expertise in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and producing construction-ready documentation. Experience in landscape and swimming pool projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed and accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Create and maintain MEP and Civil BIM models throughout all project phases.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and designers to ensure coordinated project delivery.
Update BIM models based on design revisions and project requirements.
Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and detailed documentation.
Perform model coordination and assist in resolving design conflicts.
Support troubleshooting of engineering and design issues within the BIM environment.
Coordinate with project managers to meet project schedules and deliverables.
Maintain BIM standards, quality, and model accuracy.
Stay current with BIM technologies, software updates, and industry best practices.
Train and mentor junior BIM modelers when required.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler.
Strong portfolio demonstrating BIM and Revit project experience.
