Job Summary

Plexus HoReCa Industries is looking for a skilled Welder to join its manufacturing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling elevator components while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to production schedules. Candidates with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and fabrication of elevator components according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
Operate MIG, TIG, and ARC welding machines safely and efficiently.
Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, grinding, aligning, and clamping components before welding.
Assemble fabricated parts and ensure proper alignment and fitment.
Inspect completed welds for strength, dimensional accuracy, and quality.
Perform grinding, finishing, and cleaning of welded components.
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
Follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet manufacturing targets.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Report equipment issues and production defects to supervisors.
Qualifications
ITI or Diploma in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month
