Key Responsibilities
CNC Turning
Operate CNC Turning machines ranging from 1.0 mm to 600 mm diameter
Manufacture precision shafts, housings, and machined components
VMC Machining
Operate Vertical Machining Centers with 4th Axis capability
Handle machining of complex geometries and precision parts
EDM Wire Cutting
Perform precision contour cutting for intricate components
Maintain tight tolerance requirements
Threading & Tapping
Work with:
Metric
UN
BSP
NPT thread standards
Handle threading across multiple material types
Custom Fabrication
Support fabrication of:
Industrial brackets
Base frames
Mechanical assemblies
Prototyping & Reverse Engineering
Assist in sample-to-CAD conversion
Develop low-volume functional prototypes
Materials Handled
Aluminum Alloys
Stainless Steels
Carbon & Alloy Steels
Brass & Copper
Engineering Plastics
Qualification & Experience
DME / BE Mechanical Engineering
2–3 years experience in:
CNC Turning
VMC Operation
Fabrication
Freshers Welcome

Mechanical Engineering freshers can also apply.
