About the Role

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented VMC/CNC Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC/VMC machines to manufacture high-precision components while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate VMC/CNC machines for precision machining operations.
Program machines using G-code and M-code based on production requirements.
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to optimize productivity and product quality.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain workplace safety and follow operational procedures.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Record production data and machine performance details as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience operating VMC/CNC machines.
Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and machining specifications.
Good understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
2–6 years of relevant industry experience.
Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai will be given preference.
