Job Overview

The role involves conducting professional training sessions at assigned locations including Kanyakumari, Nagapattinam, or Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective learning experiences and supporting participant development.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions
Ensure participant involvement and effective learning outcomes
Provide guidance, support, and feedback to trainees
Adapt training methods based on learner requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to improve training materials and delivery methods
Maintain professionalism and effective communication throughout sessions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in training or learning & development
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle different learning styles effectively
Good interpersonal and facilitation skills
Certification in training or related field is an added advantage
