The position is initially offered as a 1-year renewable contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates should be fully committed to working in a renewable contract role.

Role Overview

Indsafri is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join its dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a passion for creating premium, scalable, and high-quality web applications.

The role involves contributing across the software development lifecycle, from design through delivery, while ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and usability.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in existing applications.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, design trends, and industry best practices.

Understand and incorporate the company’s brand identity and vision into design solutions.

Design sophisticated and premium landing pages using Figma or Adobe XD.

Create elegant animations and interactive elements to enhance user experience.

Ensure designs are fully responsive and maintain visual consistency across devices.

Contribute to the overall software development lifecycle from design to delivery.

UI/UX Requirements

Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly for premium/luxury brands.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UI development and UX design.

Strong proficiency in Figma; Adobe XD is also acceptable.

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end web design capabilities.

Experience designing responsive websites with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong understanding of modern web design principles and trends.

Ability to create sophisticated animations and interactive elements.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Technical Skills

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.

Familiarity with Java development using Spring Boot is a plus.

Minimum Experience Requirements

3+ years in UI development and UX design.

3+ years in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

3+ years in Figma or Adobe XD, responsive web design, and modern web design principles.
