Process: Voice & Non-Voice
Qualification: Any Graduate
UG Candidates from 2023 to 2025 batch are eligible
Experience: Freshers
Location: DLF IT Park, Ramapuram – Chennai
Shift: Day Shift & Night Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Calling / Non-calling insurance companies on behalf of doctors and physicians for claim status
Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
Receive and update payment information for processed claims
Analyze rejected or denied claims
Ensure quality standards and productivity targets are maintained
Prior knowledge in Charge Entry & Payment Posting is an added advantage
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
