Job Title: Material Handling Equipment Operator

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

The Material Handling Equipment Operator is responsible for safely loading, unloading, lifting, transporting, and storing materials using forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, hoists, and other industrial equipment. The role requires adherence to safety standards, efficient material movement, and coordination with warehouse and production teams to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, hoists, and hand trucks.
Operate reach trucks to move materials between storage and production areas.
Operate cranes to lift, load, and unload boxes, drums, pallets, and other heavy materials.
Safely transport materials within the warehouse, factory, or job site.
Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and other material handling machinery as authorized.
Coordinate with supervisors, warehouse personnel, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Inspect equipment before operation and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
Stack, organize, and store materials according to company procedures.
Follow workplace safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
Complete material movement records and operational documentation accurately.
Required Qualifications
High School, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Valid Forklift/Reach Truck/Crane Operator certification or license is an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience operating material handling equipment.
