Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer / Product Manager – Structural Design with a strong background in structural engineering and hands-on expertise in structural design software.

The role involves supporting the development of Digital Building Platforms (DBP), designing structural engineering curriculum and training programs, and enabling trainers through technical workshops. The selected candidate may also be deputed to the Structural Solutions Group (SSG).

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and enhancement of structural engineering software solutions for Digital Building Platforms (DBP).
Collaborate with Structural Solutions Group (SSG), software developers and design engineers.
Design and develop technical curriculum and training modules for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct structural design training sessions, workshops and technical enablement programs.
Train and support trainers to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
Translate structural engineering principles and design practices into user-friendly software functionalities.
Gather feedback from users and trainers and implement continuous improvements.
Ensure product features and training content align with applicable industry standards, design codes and engineering best practices.
Support project coordination and product development activities.
Provide technical guidance on structural analysis, modeling and design workflows.
Educational Qualification
M.Tech in Structural Design or equivalent qualification.
Relevant qualifications in Structural Engineering will be considered based on experience and expertise.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering and/or structural engineering software development.
Strong practical exposure to structural analysis, design and modeling.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

STAAD
ETABS
TEKLA
SAP2000
SAFE
Structural analysis and design software
Structural modeling practices
Structural design codes and engineering standards
Preferred Skills
Experience in curriculum development.
Experience in technical training and trainer enablement.
Understanding of digital engineering and software-based structural design workflows.
Ability to convert engineering requirements into software/product functionalities.
