About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic sales professional to join a leading cloud-based Travel Hypermarket / Travel Management Company (TMC) platform as AGM / Senior Manager – Strategic Sales.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in enterprise sales, SaaS platform sales, API sales, and corporate travel ecosystems. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving regional business growth, building enterprise partnerships, and scaling the company’s travel-tech solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for the assigned region’s travel-tech business
Drive aggressive GMV and revenue targets with structured growth strategies
Develop and execute enterprise sales plans aligned with company objectives
Enterprise Account Management
Build and manage large enterprise accounts including corporates, GCCs, and institutions
Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities within the corporate travel ecosystem
Partnership & Alliance Management
Forge strategic alliances and white-label partnerships with travel networks and agencies
Expand regional market presence through channel partnerships and collaborations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to support enterprise adoption
Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to leadership teams
Team Leadership & Business Expansion
Lead and mentor regional sales teams or function as a high-impact strategic individual contributor
Support business expansion initiatives and revenue scaling efforts
Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in:
Enterprise Sales
Corporate Travel
SaaS Sales
Travel Technology Solutions
Proven experience in TMC (Travel Management Company) ecosystem
Mandatory experience in:
SaaS platform sales
API sales
Travel-tech enterprise solutions
Strong commercial acumen with measurable revenue achievements
Excellent networking and relationship management skills
Experience handling large enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships
Preferred Qualifications
Strong network within:
Corporate travel ecosystem
B2B travel agencies
GCC ecosystem
Exposure to:
Multi-PCC GDS environments
Global travel solutions
White-label travel platforms
Ability to scale regional business operations successfully
