💧 Role Overview

We are looking for a Water Plant Supervisor (STP) to oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the water treatment plant.

The selected candidate will ensure smooth plant functioning, maintain water quality standards, coordinate with the operations team, and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day STP operations and maintenance
• Ensure smooth plant functioning and achievement of operational targets
• Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Coordinate with team members to troubleshoot operational issues
• Implement and maintain safety procedures and protocols
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of plant equipment

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
✔ Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply
✔ Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Good teamwork and coordination abilities
✔ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
