Job Summary

AL M&M Business Hub is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & High-End Graphics Designer Specialist to lead the design of premium digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, high-quality graphic assets, and engaging visual identities while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver impactful digital products.

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
Create:
User Flows
Wireframes
Mockups
Final UI Designs
for web and mobile applications
Design responsive layouts that provide seamless user experiences across devices
Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability and accessibility
Design dashboards, business applications, and digital product interfaces
Graphic Design & Branding
Produce premium visual assets including:
Icons
Illustrations
Banners
UI Components
Develop visual identity systems such as:
Logos
Color Palettes
Typography Systems
Support branding and marketing initiatives with creative visuals and social media content
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with:
Product Managers
Developers
Stakeholders
Ensure smooth implementation of UI/UX designs
Maintain consistency in design language and quality standards across platforms
Create and maintain:
Design Documentation
Style Guides
Component Libraries
