Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sign Board Welder to fabricate, weld, and assemble metal structures, frames, and signboards for indoor and outdoor signage projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding, metal fabrication, and structural assembly while maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Fabricate, weld, and assemble signboards, frames, brackets, and supporting structures.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, technical sketches, and design specifications.
Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, grinding, deburring, and degreasing before welding.
Cut, shape, fit, and align metal components using hand and power tools.
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick (Arc) welding to produce strong and accurate welds.
Set up and operate welding machines by adjusting voltage, current, and gas flow parameters.
Inspect completed welds and fabricated assemblies for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
Repair or modify fabricated components when required.
Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workstations in good operating condition.
Follow fabrication drawings and production schedules to complete work on time.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with designers, fabrication teams, and production supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
ITI in Welder/Fitter or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.
Welding certification is an added advantage.
Experience
Experience in signboard fabrication, structural fabrication, or metal welding is preferred.
