Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Manage customer grievances professionally and efficiently.
Support candidates by resolving their concerns and inquiries.
Handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Prepare timely reports on customer feedback and support activities.
