Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead construction site operations, supervise project execution, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role includes mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
Support project design, planning, and execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Resolve technical issues encountered during construction.
Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance.
Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff.
Prepare project progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budget management.
