Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, preparing financial statements, and supporting financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting expertise, compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
Manage and oversee all accounting transactions and financial activities.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure data accuracy.
Closing & Reporting
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support management with financial analysis and operational insights.
Ensure timely reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Statutory Compliance
Manage ESI and PF compliance activities.
Handle Income Tax filing and related statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to financial and legal compliance procedures.
Audit & Documentation
Support internal and external audit processes.
Maintain financial documentation and records for verification and reporting purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
M.Com qualification
5–8 years of professional accounting experience
Strong knowledge of:
ESI & PF regulations
Income Tax filing and compliance
Financial operations and accounting procedures
Ability to prepare and publish financial statements on time
Experience in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
