Role Overview
This position is focused on Institutional/B2B Sales for a growing food products company specializing in:
Bakery Products
Confectionery Items
Millet-Based Savories
Sweets
Snacks
The primary objective is to acquire and manage institutional customers while generating recurring business through daily snack supply contracts and bulk event orders.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new institutional sales opportunities.
Visit corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, industries, and event organizers.
Secure:
Daily snack supply contracts
Corporate catering orders
Event-based bulk orders
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Generate repeat business and referrals.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Expand the institutional customer base.
Identify new market opportunities.
Product Promotion
Conduct:
Product presentations
Sampling activities
Promotional campaigns
Showcase the company’s food product portfolio effectively.
Negotiation & Closing
Understand customer requirements.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms.

Prepare regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications
Experience
