Experience Required
Minimum 3+ years in:
Inside Sales
Sales Consulting
Business Development
Customer Acquisition

Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Schedule and qualify high-quality sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Upsell services wherever applicable.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
Sales Closure
Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Convert inquiries into paying customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer concerns and resolve queries promptly.
Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Reporting & CRM
Update customer interactions in CRM.
Maintain accurate sales records.
Generate sales and performance reports.
Meet qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
