Role Overview

The Sales & Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for Innotrat’s hardware and software solutions.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and passionate about technology, with strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track opportunities effectively.
Client Engagement
Conduct regular client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Engage with schools, colleges, businesses, and technology enthusiasts to promote products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
Product & Market Understanding
Develop strong knowledge of Innotrat’s hardware and software solutions.
Explain product features, technical specifications, and value propositions effectively.
Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis for internal product improvement.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and networking events.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Experience in both hardware and software product sales preferred.
Strong B2B and B2C sales expertise.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Target-oriented and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage sales territories
Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools
Positive attitude and adaptability

Experience in technology-based product demonstrations
Willingness to travel locally within Chennai for client meetings
