Job Role: AR Caller (Voice Process)
Key Responsibilities:
Call insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers for claim status follow-up
Handle US Healthcare Provider Billing process
Follow up on outstanding claims and payment status
Analyze rejected or denied claims and take appropriate action
Ensure quality standards and productivity targets are maintained
Understand the complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process
Desired Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiners preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Any Graduate (2023 – 2025 pass-outs eligible)
Ability to manage work queues and multitask efficiently
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with adaptability to new concepts
Flexible to work in US shifts
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Salary & Benefits:
CTC: ₹20,400 per month
Take Home Salary: ₹18,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹17,000 per month

Work Details:

📍 Location: DLF Chennai – Block 1C, 4th Floor
🌙 Shift Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🏖 Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
🇺🇸 US Holidays applicable
