Job Summary

Highline Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to oversee construction and interior project execution. The role involves site supervision, project coordination, vendor management, labor management, cost monitoring, client interaction, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities
Site Operations
Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise construction and interior works at project sites.
Prepare the site before commencement of work by arranging necessary resources.
Manage daily worker assignments and monitor workforce productivity.
Track site resource in-time and out-time.
Ensure projects are completed within scheduled timelines.
Maintain work quality throughout project execution.
Project Planning & Coordination
Prepare detailed project execution schedules.
Identify task dependencies and monitor project milestones.
Coordinate with senior management for commercial approvals.
Update project trackers, progress summaries, and execution reports.
Submit weekly MIS reports.
Vendor & Resource Management
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
Manage project expenses and resource utilization.
Handle facility and asset management.
Maintain daily expense sheets and records.
Client Management
Interact professionally with clients during site visits.
Address client concerns and provide timely project updates.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the project.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain confidentiality of company data and project information.
Understand basic construction and interior design concepts.
Ensure immediate reporting of project status to the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in construction or interior project supervision.
Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
Enthusiastic, energetic, and quick learner.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Labor and vendor management experience.
Punctual and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
Good customer-handling skills.
Willing to travel occasionally.
Mandatory Requirements
Own a two-wheeler in good condition.
Valid riding experience.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
