🔨 Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently in English and Tamil, both spoken and written
• Monitor daily site-related activities and ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with senior management for commercial approvals
• Manage vendor relationships and project costs
• Take ownership of project expenses and resources throughout project execution
• Prepare detailed project execution schedules and track task interdependencies
• Handle facility and asset management
• Maintain and manage daily expense sheets
• Assign and manage daily workforce requirements
• Update project trackers, reports, and summaries
• Assess site conditions and arrange necessary resources before work begins
• Interact professionally with clients during site visits
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and project data
• Understand basic construction and interior design concepts
• Supervise overall site operations
• Track site resource entry and exit timings
• Ensure timely project execution and provide immediate updates to the team
• Submit weekly MIS reports
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customers
• Ensure no compromise on quality throughout project execution
• Travel occasionally as required

✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience

✔ Strong punctuality and work discipline
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt
✔ Two-wheeler riding experience
✔ Own two-wheeler in good working condition – Mandatory
✔ Quick learner with a proactive approach
✔ Medium to good negotiation skills
✔ Strong labour/workforce management skills
✔ Vendor management skills
