Job Summary
We are a leading manufacturer and exporter of precision components for hydraulic cylinders and gas hose fittings. We are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to join our CNC Turning Shop. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in production planning, CNC operations monitoring, quality checks, and export component standards.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who are interested in CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and scheduling CNC machining operations
Support supervision of daily production activities for hydraulic cylinder parts and hose fittings
Monitor product quality based on customer drawings, tolerances, and export standards
Prepare and maintain production and rejection reports
Coordinate with shop floor operators, quality teams, and stores for smooth production flow
Learn and implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing practices, and safety procedures
Ensure proper workflow and adherence to manufacturing standards
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in:
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering
Manufacturing Engineering
Experience
Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply
Required Skills
Interest in CNC machining and precision component manufacturing
Basic understanding of engineering drawings
Familiarity with measuring instruments (training will be provided)
Willingness to learn export quality standards and documentation processes
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
