HIRING – PPC | PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL

📋 Job Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling
• Prepare production plans, schedules, forecasts, and demand-achievement strategies
• Analyse demand fluctuations and ensure production plans are aligned with requirements
• Create and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, and material availability
• Prepare weekly and monthly production plans
• Develop and maintain Build Plan Management & Delivery Plans
• Handle MPS (Master Production Schedule) summaries

Material & Inventory Management
• Monitor material supply flow and identify shortages or production bottlenecks
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues
• Maintain WIP and Finished Goods (FG) inventory within target levels
• Prepare and maintain CTB (Commit-to-Build) plans
• Ensure material availability for uninterrupted production

Production & Delivery Management
• Analyse production delays and interruptions and adjust schedules accordingly
• Provide quick responses to production-related issues
• Ensure customer-committed demand is achieved on time, with the required quality and quantity
• Coordinate production line manpower and working hours
• Manage Repair Capacity Forecasting

Business & New Product Activities
• Support E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) activities
• Coordinate NPI (New Product Introduction) activities
• Monitor production capacity and resource requirements

Export & Import Operations
• Create Sales Orders (SO) for export shipments
• Prepare Delivery Notes (DN) and support export billing/invoice processes
• Release Purchase Orders (PO) for import shipments
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth shipment execution

🎯 Ideal Candidate

✔ Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control
✔ Experience in demand forecasting and production scheduling
✔ Understanding of capacity and material planning
✔ Strong inventory management and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to handle production bottlenecks and urgent requirements
✔ Good coordination with production, materials, logistics, and other cross-functional teams
✔ Strong analytical and planning capabilities
