Job Summary

DBS is looking for Mechanical Engineers with 2–8 years of experience in Production Engineering and Mechanical Design. The role offers opportunities for international training, project exposure and interaction with global teams.

Key Responsibilities
Work on production engineering and mechanical design activities.
Develop and modify 2D and 3D CAD models based on project requirements.
Apply mechanical design fundamentals and engineering best practices.
Support tooling design and related engineering activities.
Work with design and production teams to develop effective engineering solutions.
Use CAD/PDM systems for design development, documentation and data management.
Support engineering projects and deliverables within defined quality and schedule requirements.
Prepare technical documentation and engineering content as required.
Collaborate with global teams and contribute to international projects.
Required Skills – Must Have
Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
Experience in creating 2D CAD and 3D CAD models.
Knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices.
Experience in tooling design.
Proficiency in one or more of:
Creo
SolidWorks
Pro/ENGINEER (Pro-E)
PTC Windchill PDM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Experience with ANSYS and/or Mathcad.
Technical content writing skills.
Exposure to global engineering projects.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience
2–8 years of relevant experience in Production Engineering / Mechanical Design.
