Job Summary

DBS is looking for talented Mechanical Engineers with experience in Production Engineering and Mechanical Design to join its growing Engineering & Business Services team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in 2D/3D CAD modeling, mechanical product design, tooling concepts, and CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, or Pro/ENGINEER. This role offers opportunities for international training, global project exposure, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD models for mechanical components and assemblies.
Prepare engineering drawings, manufacturing drawings, and design documentation.
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and tooling solutions.
Support production engineering activities to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure designs comply with engineering standards, quality requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and project engineering.
Manage engineering data and design revisions using Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
Participate in design reviews and implement engineering improvements.
Support prototype development, testing, and product validation.
Provide technical support during production and manufacturing processes.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering specifications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
2–8 years of experience in:
Production Engineering
Mechanical Design
Product Development
Tooling Design
Must-Have Skills
Experience in creating:
2D CAD Models
3D CAD Models
Strong understanding of:
Mechanical Design Principles
Manufacturing Processes
Tooling Design
Hands-on experience with:
Creo
SolidWorks
Pro/ENGINEER (Pro-E)
PTC Windchill PDM
Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Experience with:
ANSYS
Mathcad
Technical content writing and engineering documentation.
Product validation and engineering calculations.
Preferred Competencies
Mechanical design and drafting.
