We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead accounts, business finance, budgeting, financial planning, risk management, and commercial decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial management, profitability analysis, compliance, and strategic resource allocation, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Forecast and predict financial results
• Prepare, monitor, and manage organizational budgets
• Identify and manage financial and business risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax laws
• Establish and maintain secure financial procedures and controls

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
• Supervise accounting operations, audits, and financial reporting
• Analyse financial performance and provide business insights
• Advise management on funding requirements and cost-reduction strategies

🎯 Candidate Requirements
✔ 5+ years of experience as Head of Accounts / Business Finance or in a similar leadership role
✔ Manufacturing industry experience preferred
✔ Commerce Graduate
✔ CA Inter / CA Final OR MBA – Finance
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting
✔ Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills
✔ Experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis
✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities
