DRA Homes is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executives to join the team in Chennai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about communication, lead generation, and customer relationship building in the real estate sector.

The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospects, understanding their property investment requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to support conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Generate leads through cold calling and follow-up activities.
Connect with prospective customers and explain available property options.
Customer Interaction
Understand customer requirements related to property buying and investment.
Educate prospects about suitable projects and offerings.
Build positive customer relationships through regular communication.
Sales Coordination
Coordinate with the sales team for lead nurturing and closures.
Maintain customer interaction records and follow-up schedules.
Communication & Support
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Provide timely responses and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday Working Mandatory
