Job Summary

Apollo Pharmacies is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Pharmacist Assistants to support pharmacy inventory auditing activities across Chennai. The selected candidates will be responsible for stock verification, inventory audits, record maintenance, and ensuring inventory accuracy at pharmacy outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Auditing
Conduct inventory audits at pharmacy locations.
Verify stock quantities and maintain inventory accuracy.
Identify discrepancies in stock records and report findings.
Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory control activities.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain audit records and inventory reports.
Ensure proper documentation of stock movements and adjustments.
Support the preparation of audit-related reports.
Pharmacy Operations Support
Assist pharmacy teams in inventory management activities.
Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures.
Quality & Compliance
Follow company policies and audit guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all inventory-related activities.
Ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical products during audits.
