π Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Front Desk cum Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and confidential support to the CEO. This role requires strong coordination, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
πΌ Key Responsibilities
Manage CEOβs calendar, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate domestic & international travel arrangements
Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing notes
Handle confidential information with discretion
Act as a primary point of contact for internal & external stakeholders
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
Support special projects and strategic initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelorβs / Masterβs degree in any discipline
Proven experience as Front Desk / PA / Executive Assistant
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Office & email tools
