Cortex Consultants is looking for a talented Optical Design Engineer with expertise in Ansys Speos and Lens Design to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to design, simulate, and optimize advanced optical systems for next-generation products while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and optimize advanced optical systems using Ansys Speos or equivalent optical simulation tools.
Develop and validate optical system designs to meet product performance requirements.
Apply expertise in lens design, optical tolerancing, and system integration.
Collaborate with design, hardware, and testing teams to ensure successful product development.
Analyze simulation results and recommend design improvements.
Resolve complex optical engineering challenges with innovative solutions.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and technical documentation throughout the development process.
Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Optical Design and Simulation.
Strong hands-on experience with Ansys Speos or similar optical simulation software.
Expertise in:
Lens Design
Optical Tolerancing
Optical System Integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and engineering fundamentals.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
