Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Manager to oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality patient care services. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring that patient care plans are accurate, complete, and effectively implemented by direct care staff.

This role involves managing clinical operations, staffing, scheduling, physician coordination, compliance monitoring, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes while maintaining healthcare quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations Management
Coordinate and supervise the delivery of quality patient care.
Ensure patient care plans are complete, accurate, and consistently followed.
Monitor clinical practices and maintain high standards of patient care.
Oversee critical patient care activities and service delivery.
Staff Management
Manage staffing schedules and workforce allocation.
Supervise and support nursing and direct care staff.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care requirements.
Facilitate staff performance monitoring and development.
Patient Care Coordination
Oversee patient intake and care planning processes.
Coordinate communication between patients, caregivers, and physicians.
Monitor patient care progress and ensure continuity of care.
Address patient concerns and service-related issues promptly.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
Monitor clinical documentation accuracy and completeness.
Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance audits.
Maintain operational and clinical compliance requirements.
Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate physician communications and follow-ups.
Oversee billing-related processes and documentation.
Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
Support organizational goals and healthcare service improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
B.Sc Nursing
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical or nursing experience.
