Job Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for coordinating high-quality patient care by supervising clinical operations, ensuring care plans are implemented effectively, managing staffing and scheduling, communicating with physicians, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of quality patient care.
Ensure patient care plans are complete, accurate, and properly implemented.
Monitor clinical outcomes and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
Patient Care Management
Supervise critical patient care activities.
Support nursing staff in delivering safe and effective patient care.
Ensure continuity of care and timely clinical interventions.
Staff Coordination
Plan and manage staff scheduling and workforce allocation.
Monitor staffing requirements to maintain quality service delivery.
Guide and support direct care staff in clinical practices.
Patient Intake & Coordination
Manage patient admissions and intake processes.
Coordinate with physicians regarding patient treatment plans and clinical updates.
Facilitate communication between healthcare teams and patients.
Billing & Documentation
Oversee clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with billing teams to ensure proper documentation supporting claims.
Maintain patient confidentiality and record integrity.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and quality standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety practices.
