Good knowledge of Medical Coding.
Certified Medical Coder.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain coding accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and assign appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes.
Ensure a minimum 95% coding quality in daily production.
Follow the company’s internal and client-specific Coding Compliance policies.
Maintain productivity and quality targets.
Review coding feedback from reporting managers and implement corrective actions.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of coding assignments.
Maintain confidentiality of patient health information.
Keep updated with current coding guidelines and industry standards.
