Job Summary

Medical Coding involves converting healthcare diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and medical services into standardized alphanumeric codes using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the healthcare revenue cycle and medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Convert diagnoses and procedures into appropriate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Verify medical documentation before assigning codes.
Maintain confidentiality of patient health information.
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Work with healthcare teams to clarify missing or incomplete documentation when required.
Keep updated with coding guidelines and industry standards.
