Medical Coding is the process of converting healthcare diagnoses, treatments, procedures, and medical services into standardized alphanumeric codes using ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD-10-CM and CPT code books.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Work with healthcare documentation and coding software.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
Participate in training programs and continuous learning activities.
