Job Summary

We are looking for skilled MIG Welders to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The selected candidates will be responsible for welding and fabricating sheet metal components, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting production schedules while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on sheet metal and fabricated metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, aligning, and clamping before welding.
Assemble fabricated parts according to design specifications.
Inspect welds for strength, quality, and dimensional accuracy.
Perform finishing operations such as grinding and polishing.
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine maintenance of welding machines and tools.
Follow quality control procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
ITI Welder/Fitter or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Experience
Experience in MIG welding and sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
