🔧 What You’ll Do
Code E/M (Evaluation & Management) outpatient visits
Review patient charts and assign accurate CPT/ICD codes
Ensure documentation supports coding
Maintain quality and productivity targets

👉 Simple meaning: basic OPD coding (entry-level to mid-level work)

🎯 Requirements
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in medical coding
✅ Certification mandatory (CPC / CCS)
✅ Must have relieving letter from previous company
✅ Good understanding of E/M guidelines
⚠️ Important Conditions
❗ Certified coders only (no freshers without cert)
❗ Relieving letter required (can be a blocker for some)
❗ Experience must be real coding, not just training
💰 Salary Insight (Market)
